Job Opportunity: Graduate Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Graduate Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In this position, you will deliver direct care to residents while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting assessments, administering treatments, and managing medication as per your scope of practice.
Monitor vital signs and observe any changes in residents' conditions.
Accurately document all care provided in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Collaborate with RNs, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and therapy staff to implement personalized care plans that enhance comfort, recovery, and dignity for each resident.

Requirements and Qualifications

Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Current nursing license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
