Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, developing effective, individualized treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and adjusted.

• Establish measurable and attainable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly track their progress to adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients, particularly those facing mobility challenges or living in remote areas.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all sessions to adhere to ethical standards while also utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline communication and record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed on the latest trends in therapy, and promote personal growth as a practitioner.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
