Conducts moderate to high complexity testing, maintains laboratory systems, and assists with training and orientation of testing personnel. Evaluates competencies and supports continuous improvement in lab operations. Demonstrates leadership in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all testing activities.
