Account Executive - Fire and Security

Overview The Account Executive will sell Test & Inspection, Security Services, Fire Alams & Detection, Mass Notification and 24-Hour Emergency Services to current and new clientele. Responsibilities Build and maintain a network of sources for identifying new sales leads. Focus on new business generation through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and territory development. Promote Test & Inspect and Monitoring services. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, resolving any post‑sale issues. Education & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR one year of sales/customer experience required. Resilience and persistence with rejection. Strong presentation & interpersonal skills. Competitive, self‑driven, thrives on achieving stretch goals. Other Duties Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to travel. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $40,000 - $50,000 plus commission.
