- # Member Services Associate- November 2026 (Scottsdale, AZ)Apply: Scottsdale: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R2772Location: ScottsdaleStart Date: 11/30/2026Time Type: Full-Time; Hybrid In-Office 3 days/Remote 2 days**What You’ll Do*** Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us* Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy**What You'll Need**You know your way around a computer. You can easily switch between multiple applications to complete a task. Remembering details, prioritizing competing tasks and thinking critically to solve problems are things that come easily to you (likely because you may have previously worked in a restaurant, school or retail store). You take pride in your work, communicate your thoughts clearly (over the phone and in writing) and your friends and family describe you as a person with integrity.**Shift Days** Monday-Saturday for a total of 5 days per week; Specific days to be agreed based on needs throughout the year. **Shift Times** Charleston (EST) & Scottsdale (MST): 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm, 10am-7pm, 10:30am-7:30pm; Specific shifts to be assigned based on business need. **Shift Expectations** Your standard schedule will be Monday-Friday and will include up to 8 Saturdays per year. During busier seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. You’ll have different daily assignments, so you don’t get bored. That’s why we offer additional support of $100 per month to those who commute into a PURE office three days or more a week. #LIHybridThis role begins with a **$50,000** starting salary. After onboarding, you are immediately eligible for overtime and the monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus that has no cap on the number of winners! You will also be regularly considered for salary increases every six months with continued overtime opportunities.
