LPN - LTC

LTC LPN - 12 Hour Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days - 12-hour shifts.

This position involves providing quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. The LPN will work closely with patients and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs.
• Assist in daily living activities and personal care.
• Communicate with healthcare teams and report changes in patient conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current LPN license.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
