As a Production Assembly Worker, youll play a key role in building quality products by following instructions, using hand tools, and checking assembled items for accuracy. If you enjoy hands-on work and want stable, full-time hours with weekends off, this job is for you.

What Youll Do

• Assemble wooden trusses according to specifications

• Read Blueprints

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely

• Lift, carry, and position truss components (up to 50 lbs frequently)

• Inspect materials and finished trusses for quality and accuracy

• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Shift Information

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM 3:00 PM (may extend to 5:00 PM)

• Monday Saturday (occasional Saturdays when needed)

Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Prior truss or construction experience preferred

• Must have valid drives license

• Must have reliable transportation

• Able to read blueprints or follow assembly instructions

• Comfortable with repetitive physical work

• Team player with good communication skills

• Basic math skills

• Physical dexterity; able to lift and move heavy materials

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Authorized to work in the United States
