Licensed Therapist / Associate Therapist Job Details Job Location: Roseville, CA 95661 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary/year Education Level: Masters Degree Job Category: Clinical Overview Sierra Health and Wellness utilizes evidence-based methods to restore families, relationships, and self-worth. The outpatient facility (PHP) serves adolescents in the Roseville area who experience anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, or unsafe behaviors. We provide a safe and welcoming environment that promotes healthy life skills, resilience, and improved daily functioning. Position Available Full-time: Monday - Friday Schedule: Monday & Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30pm. Tuesday-Thursday 11:00am - 7:30pm Benefits For Full-Time Employees Competitive pay 10 days paid vacation 5 holidays / 5 sick days per year Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (eligible after 60 days) 401K with a company match of up to 3% (eligible after 1 year & 1,000 hours) Employer paid life insurance & accident insurance (eligible after 60 days) Essential Functions Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients Assesses and monitors clients’ behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency Works as a team member with other professionals Participates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences Conducts individual, family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relatives Participates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agencies Prepares verbal, written, and statistical reports Attends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues Operates a personal computer and other office equipment Communicates effectively with others in person and over the telephone Analyzes data, interprets directions, procedures and regulations, and develops appropriate responses Performs job duties under stressful conditions May be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilities Education and Minimum Qualification Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Must possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling Have at minimum two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification Must possess a valid Driver’s License Preferred Education and Experience Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling Bachelor's degree in a related field Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Sierra Health and Wellness is an Equal Opportunity Employer who does not discriminate against applicants, employees or clients on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability, veteran status or any other category protected by the law, or patients' decisions regarding advance directives.
