Handle guest concerns calmly and thoughtfullyManage appointments, calls, checkout and daily schedule changes. Keep the schedule and front desk running smoothlySupport rebooking, guest outreach and cancellation follow-upCommunicate with and support the technician team. Help keep the team productive and engaged during quieter periodsMonitor inventory, supplies and salon presentationSupport promotions, content and salon projectsTake initiative and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks Who We're Looking For Highly reliable and punctualWarm, professional and genuinely enjoys taking care of peopleOrganized, proactive and detail-orientedStrong communicator with excellent follow-through. Calm and solutions-oriented when problems arise. Comfortable taking responsibility and respectfully giving directionInterested in learning, contributing and growing into greater responsibility (e.g., marketing, management)Hospitality, salon/spa, retail, restaurant, healthcare or other guest-facing experience is a plus. Previous salon experience is helpful but not required.
