Lab Associate Bench Scientist

Location: New York (Onsite) Duration: Contract - 12 Months Overview Laboratory-based role supporting assay development activities. This position involves hands-on bench work in a fast-changing R&D environment, utilizing novel and evolving methods. The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Required Experience 2–4 years of relevant laboratory experience Hands-on experience running ELISA assays Experience with MSD platform preferred Strong pipetting , buffer preparation , and general laboratory skills Experience following experimental protocols and maintaining laboratory documentation Understanding of assay development concepts including antibody titration , optimization, and sub-saturating conditions Experience preparing and characterizing reagents including antibody biotinylation and HABA assay or similar techniques Familiarity with laboratory automation systems (Hamilton, Integra, or similar) Experience with LIMS or electronic lab notebooks Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Key Responsibilities Support assay development activities through hands-on laboratory work Perform ELISA and MSD-based assays Prepare buffers, reagents, and laboratory materials Execute experiments according to established protocols Document experimental activities and results accurately Collaborate with team members in a dynamic R&D environment Adapt to changing project priorities and evolving methods Preferred Qualifications Recent Master’s degree with hands-on laboratory experience Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot Strong communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and receive feedback Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Shoolin Inc
