Home Service Inspector (Will Train)

Overview As an Orkin Home Services Inspector, you will protect homeowners by providing thorough inspections and recommendations for termite protection services. Responsibilities Earn competitive wages, recognition, and opportunities for annual awards trips. Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in‑depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers at home to explain products and services. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home using tools provided. Make recommendations to customers based on identified issues and set expectations. Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers. Qualified applicants will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Physical Requirements Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas using climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
