Marketing Specialist

Job Requirements Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to add a Marketing Specialist to our growing Marketing Team! In this role, you will be responsible for working on a variety of platforms and product adjacencies. You will be expected to create from concept to execution a wide range of social media materials, for the primary Sweetwater channels along with secondary channels such as Gear Exchange. This would include graphics design, creation of short and longer form videos. Understanding of the established and emerging social media channels, including reporting and analytics is required.In addition to social media responsibilities, you will be involved in a variety of special projects. You will work directly with category specialists for product adjacencies including but not limited to band and orchestra and Gear Exchange. Work will include brainstorming and creating marketing assets, communication of marketing needs through creative briefs and outlines, and other needs as they ariseJob ResponsibilitiesWrite creative briefs and collaborate with the team to produce graphic assets for the Gear Exchange website and email campaignsConduct updates on the Gear Exchange website such as scheduling sales, assets, and giveawaysManager the Gear Exchange Instagram profile and find listings on the platform to featureCreate content for Sweetwater social media channelsBrainstorm content ideas and research trends relevant to our audience.
