Job Summary The Recruiting Coordinator will support Talent Acquisition and HR operations, ensuring a smooth candidate and onboarding experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for a new graduate or someone early in their HR/recruiting career. You will work onsite in the Southlake HQ and partner closely with the VP of HR. Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 + Bonus + Fully Paid Employee Health Insurance. Responsibilities Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate logistics, and manage communication throughout the hiring process. Prepare offer letters and assist with pre‑employment and onboarding documents. Post jobs, track applicants, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with new hire onboarding and HR processes. Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow. Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Communications, or related field). Up to 1 year of experience (internship, recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or related admin role). Strong communication skills—written and verbal. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. Preferred: Experience using ATS or HRIS systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
