1:1 In Home Caregiver - Paid Training and Flexible Schedule

Our Bellingham branch supports Bellingham, Lynden, Ferndale, Blaine, Sumas, and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. Not certified? Ask us about our HCA Training program. We also offer Nurse Delegation Certification Training. Details discussed during interview.

Pay varies depending on the clients care needs, ranging between $19.00-$19.50 per hour.

We are currently offering up to full time availability for caregivers! We have a high need for weekend availability!

Current Client Needs:

• Client 1:  Acme area, M-F availability - high triage needed, experience with high need clients needed!
• Client 2:  Punjabi speaking caregiver needed, flexible schedule
• Client 3: Cantonese speaking caregiver needed, flexible schedule

Plus

• Caregivers with experience/certified HCA or CNA
• Caregivers comfortable transporting clients -  current branch requirement
• Caregivers seeking full time availability (30-40 hours/week)
• Caregivers located in Blaine
• Caregivers with experience working with autistic children/individuals with intellectual disabilities

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
