Job Title: Light Industrial - Material Handler

Location: Loudon, TN (100% On-site)

Position Type: 12-Month Contract

Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shift (6:00 to 6:00, alternating days/nights and every other weekend)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our operational team in Loudon, TN. In this entry-level role, you will support inbound, outbound, and manufacturing operations by safely loading, unloading, and moving materials using specialized material-handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Box/Bale Clamp Lift Truck and Pole Truck to load, unload, and transport materials and paper rolls throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Overhead Crane Operation: Use an overhead crane to position and load/unload paper rolls onto and off of manufacturing machinery.
• Shipments & Freight: Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently to maintain uninterrupted workflow across inbound and outbound channels.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with the operating team on routine housekeeping activities, work area sanitation, and general warehouse organization.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all facility safety guidelines, protocol instructions, and direction from Team Champions (TC).

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous fork truck, clamp truck, or mobile equipment experience is preferred, but willing to train candidates with a strong safety mindset.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM), including day/night rotations and alternating weekends.
