Configure and manage ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and service catalog items. Develop and deploy business applications using Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and efficient software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across ServiceNow and Power Platform environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, testing procedures, and system specifications. Provide user support, training, and ongoing maintenance for developed applications. Ensure applications comply with organizational security, governance, and best practice standards. Preferred: The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform, building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating enterprise systems through APIs, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
