Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) About the Role Identity sits at the core of most modern security failures - and the AI systems of tomorrow need to understand why. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models by working through realistic enterprise identity scenarios, access control failures, and privilege escalation paths. Your expertise will directly influence how frontier AI reasons about one of the most critical domains in cybersecurity. Organization : Alignerr Type : Hourly Contract Location : Remote Commitment : 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and design flaws Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and real-world identity-related failures Review zero-trust models and access design decisions for accuracy and risk implications Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI reason correctly about IAM risk Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege models, and access review processes Familiar with how identity failures occur in real environments and how attackers exploit them Able to clearly articulate security reasoning in written form Detail-oriented and comfortable working through complex, realistic scenarios Nice to Have Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping, or CyberArk Background in penetration testing, security architecture, or IAM auditing Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001 Prior experience contributing to AI training or data annotation projects Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems with leading research labs Fully remote and flexible - work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Put your security expertise to use in a high-impact, emerging field Potential for ongoing work and contract extension Alignerr
