Customer Success Coordinator Northeast Power Dry is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Success Coordinator to coordinate the daily operations of our production team. Schedule Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Regular Schedule: Evening shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Weekend Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Overtime and some holidays as needed Schedule is subject to change based on business needs. What You\'ll Do As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will help oversee and coordinate the daily schedules of our Project Managers and Production Team. You\'ll serve as an important link between customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely updates. Key responsibilities include: Manage and support the daily work schedule for approximately 10+ production team members Schedule and dispatch technicians, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles Maintain the production planner and proactively fill scheduling gaps caused by cancellations or rescheduling Plan efficient service routes based on technician availability, skill sets, customer needs, equipment requirements, and geographic location Monitor production schedules and routes throughout the day Maintain accurate attendance rosters for technicians and helpers Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement Answer customer calls promptly and assist with scheduling Provide customers and internal departments with timely job updates Work closely with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure each job is handled accurately and efficiently Update job tickets and internal records as needed Identify scheduling, productivity, or communication concerns involving the Production Team or Call Center Escalate concerns requiring additional attention to the Department Manager or Area Management What We\'re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred Ability to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM , weekends 7:00 AM–4:00 PM , overtime as needed, and some holidays Strong listening and communication skills Positive and professional attitude Punctual, dependable, and reliable Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly switch between tasks without sacrificing accuracy Strong time-management and prioritization skills Ability to prioritize work based on customer and service demands Familiarity with—or the ability to quickly learn—local streets, highways, cities, and towns Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Weekly pay Choice of four medical plans, including one option at $0 payroll cost for employee coverage Dental insurance with two plan options Vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical and dependent care expenses Health Savings Account (HSA) available with qualifying high-deductible plans Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance Company-paid $25,000 life insurance policy 401(k) with company match of up to 6% Paid time off Paid holidays Voluntary ancillary benefits, including hospital, critical illness, and accident coverage Join Our Team If you\'re a strong communicator who enjoys keeping people organized, solving scheduling challenges, and delivering a great customer experience, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with Northeast Power Dry.
