Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities.Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide.

Our shipping and receiving clerk is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments via UPS, FEDEX and other small parcel carriers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn and adjust quickly to a growing, ever-changing, fast paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Receive items by accepting deliveries and unpacking containers
• Verify items received by inspecting condition of items, comparing count of items to purchase order and packing slip and noting discrepancies
• Document items received by recording identifying information
• Operate fork truck and pallet jack
• Generate paperwork required for shipping to suppliers / customers in the required format including packing slips, bill of ladings, certifications, labels etc.
• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, stretch wrapping product to ensure product quality is not compromised
• Determine method of shipment per the purchase order
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in domestic and international shipping, logistics, or another related field
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Organized and detail oriented
• Prior experience with UPS and Fed Ex shipping systems is preferred
• Good communications and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform frequent bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.
