Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon | Central Illinois | 1.5M+ Potential

Join an established orthopedic group in a university community in Central Illinois as a fellowship-trained Total Joint/Adult Reconstructive Surgeon. This role offers the autonomy to shape a dedicated total joint practice with strong institutional support and long-term partnership potential.

Position Highlights

Dedicated Total Joint Surgeon role with autonomy to shape your practice
Perform elective procedures of your choice and determine your approach to revisions
Established referral base with 65% of local PCPs already within the network
Flexible schedule with blocked OR time
Shared call considered light

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed 725,000 base salary plus RVU production incentives
1.5M+ total compensation potential
Up to 300,000 annually in ASC ancillary income
ASC partnership opportunity

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstructive Surgery required
Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents/fellows
