As a member of the Product and Partnerships team, our Product Manager II executes product strategy and manages day-to-day operations for assigned lines of business, translating senior leadership's portfolio-level direction into tactical action while keeping products competitive and performing well. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. National pay structure - applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The full salary range is $105,000 - $172,000and the bonus target is 18%. The expected offer salary range is $112,200 - $127,000. Regional pay structure - applies to North Dakota and Arkansas, as well as Idaho and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full salary range is $95,000 - $155,000 and the bonus target is 18%.
