Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What You'll Be Doing as a Skilled Maintenance Worker:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly

• Inspect machinery to diagnose and address malfunctions

• Clean and repair equipment as needed

• Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues

• Ensures production machinery and facility infrastructure operate safely and efficiently

• Key duties include troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, executing preventative maintenance routines, and performing hands-on repairs to minimize production downtime

Available Shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a closely related field.

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision diagnostic or testing equipment

• Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods

• Background check and drug test required
