Emerging Store Leader: 16-Week Manager in Training

CVS Health

CVS Health is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on training guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Store Manager coach and Training Store Manager. The role emphasizes leadership, customer care, and merchandising to drive store profitability. Successful SMIT candidates actively engage with leaders, transfer within designated markets, and are prepared for promotion to store management based #J-18808-Ljbffr
