We are seeking a Full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy three-doctor practice. This role involves managing reception duties in a fast-paced environment, scheduling appointments through a veterinary software, and occasionally assisting with patient restraint and other physical tasks. The ideal candidate is adaptable, efficient, and maintains a positive attitude while working Monday through Friday with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception and clerical tasks, including phone handling and customer service
• Schedule appointments using veterinary software
• Greet clients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Stock supplies and ensure a clean, orderly reception area
• Support veterinarians and veterinary assistants as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in veterinary assistance or related customer service roles
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling and client interaction
• Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
