Job Description
The PM Cook will prepare bar snacks and full meals primarily for a small bar menu, working evenings and weekends. This role involves cooking, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and public dining areas, and assisting with small banquet event setups and cleanups. The ideal candidate will work efficiently with standard kitchen appliances and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bar snacks and full meals according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and public dining areas
- Setup and cleanup for small banquet events of up to 20 people
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Operate standard kitchen appliances safely and effectively
- Work evenings and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in cooking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety practices
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
