Grow Through Life Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team. This full-time role is primarily remote, allowing you to deliver high-quality mental health services through our telehealth platform. You will be instrumental in providing support, guidance, and effective counseling services to clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

Work Environment\nThis position is entirely remote, enabling flexibility while ensuring that you can interact meaningfully with clients. You will utilize a secure telehealth platform, which allows you to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups effectively. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, following comprehensive assessments to establish therapeutic goals. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a patient's well-being. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. You will use a culturally sensitive approach, ensuring that all clients feel valued and respected throughout their therapeutic journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential is required. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is necessary. \n
- Proven experience in working with diverse populations and familiarity with addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike. \n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing collaboratively to team efforts. \n

- Experience using telehealth platforms and delivering remote counseling services. \n
- Knowledge in specific therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to trauma-informed care, EMDR, or family systems therapy. \n
- Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to manage urgent client needs in a telehealth setting. \n

- Competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and client caseload. \n
