TRICOR Insurance is seeking a Business Insurance Producer to join our growing Commercial Lines team in our Madison, WI office.

What Success Looks Like

As a Business Insurance Producer, you will:

• Develop and cultivate relationships with business owners and decision-makers through networking, prospecting, referrals, community involvement, and cold-calling activities
• Identify and qualify prospective clients while building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
• Conduct consultative risk assessments to understand client operations, exposures, and business objectives
• Design and present customized insurance and risk management solutions that address client needs
• Collaborate with internal service teams and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to round accounts through additional coverages and services
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, markets, and carrier solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while contributing to the overall growth of the agency
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and emerging risks through ongoing professional development and continuing education

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or two or more years of sales, business development, insurance, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous commercial insurance, business-to-business sales, or financial services experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products, carriers, and risk management solutions preferred
• Proven success developing a sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities
• Experience with Applied Systems Epic software is a plus
• Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territories
