Insurance Defense Trial Attorney Opportunity - Houston, TX - Boutique Defense Litigation Firm
Base pay range : $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 base salary (open to conversation) plus quarterly bonuses and year-end discretionary bonus
- Health Insurance premium covered by the firm
- 401k with 3% employer match
- PTO roughly 15 days (generally flexible – take the time off you need but get the job done, they trust people they hire)
Qualifications
- 5+ YOE as an Attorney with strong Trial and Litigation skills
- Strong job tenure
- Minimal training required – someone who knows their stuff and can step up to the plate immediately
- Open to Plaintiff or Defense backgrounds – Personal Injury, Insurance, Commercial Litigation, Mass Torts, etc.
Responsibilities
- Practice Area Focus: mainly Insurance Defense, might also touch on Commercial Litigation & Employment Law Defense (open to Plaintiff backgrounds too)

- Billable Hour Requirement: 1900
- Historically great tenure in the firm – low turnover, several employees have been there since the start of the firm 20+ years ago
