Healthcare General Counsel — Strategy, Compliance & ERM

Hospital for Special Care seeks a General Counsel to lead the legal function for the Center and its affiliates. You will guide the executive team, oversee contracts, governance, and compliance, and manage litigation with external counsel.

A strong healthcare regulatory background is essential to navigate HIPAA, EMTALA, Stark, and related laws. The role reports to the President & Chief Executive Officer and requires strategic oversight of enterprise risk, corporate compliance, and policy
