Job Title Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Location Webster, Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a cardiovascular operating room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio Assist with and support open heart and vascular surgical procedures including CABG, valve replacement, carotid endarterectomy, and ECMO Participate in angiogram, fistulagram, fistula creation, and lower extremity bypass procedures Collaborate within a skill-mixed team of RNs and surgical technologists in a fast-paced OR environment Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR Fulfill on-call requirements averaging 4–5 days per month, including approximately 1 weekend per month; float to Main OR as needed Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a cardiovascular or vascular operating room setting Demonstrated experience with open heart and vascular surgery Operating room experience required Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with open heart and/or vascular surgical procedures in a high-acuity environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume cardiovascular OR Why Join Us Work in a specialized cardiovascular OR unit performing complex, high-acuity procedures alongside an experienced surgical team Scrubs and unit attire provided, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775111.
