Coffee Equipment Technician — Fix the Machines Behind the Perfect Cup We're looking for a hands‑on technician who loves coffee and understands how to keep machines running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and communicating clearly, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Handle two to three service calls per day to commercial coffee accounts. Use a multimeter to take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings. Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults to their source. Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes and build adapters when needed. Disassemble and reassemble components with care and attention to detail. Reference parts diagrams and machine documentation for part numbers. Write accurate, professional service notes in clear prose. Manage tickets and time through ServiceTitan, our digital dispatch platform. Explain findings clearly to customers. Taste coffee regularly to confirm a machine is properly dialed after repair. Qualifications Some hands‑on experience with outlets, fixtures, plumbing, or basic electrical work. Comfortable using a multimeter and interpreting diagrams. Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to lift up to 75 lb. Reliable smartphone and a secure address for parts deliveries. Basic confidence with vehicle upkeep. What we offer $20–$25 per hour based on experience and certifications. 30–60 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
