No specialized industry experience required. We provide full paid training so you feel confident in the role. About The Role As a Customer Experience Coach , you'll work directly with individuals throughout their scheduled sessions, helping them stay engaged and supported while participating in a structured program. You'll serve as a consistent and positive presence while ensuring each person's experience is welcoming, organized, and encouraging.
