About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a team of three. My career with State Farm began in 1986 as an auto claims representative, giving me decades of experience helping customers and building strong relationships within the community. I attended Lander University and have lived in the same community as my office for nearly 40 years. I truly love the area and value the relationships and connections built over the years. I stay involved locally through my church and by supporting the Rock Hill School Foundation. Being part of the community and giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, PTO, holiday pay, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
