Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Nebraska SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with K-12 students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Work with teachers and staff to support language development within the classroom
• Document student progress and communicate results to families, teachers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements
