Remote Revenue Compensation Lead

Route

Route is looking for a Manager of Revenue Compensation to design and scale compensation programs that support high-performing teams. You'll partner with executive leadership and various departments to develop competitive, performance-driven programs. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in compensation within fast-paced environments, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. This role includes managing base pay, commissions, and bonuses, ensuring alignment with Route's growth strategy.
