This may include but not limited to surveying incoming loads, maintaining equipment, clearing the grounds, and operating a water truck as necessary.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Survey inbound compost loads for contamination, remove any prohibited items, and notify management when necessaryAssist Heavy Equipment Operators with cleaning and maintaining rolling and fixed equipment for daily operationsMaintain and clean the Compost Operations grounds to ensure safety and clearance of operationsCoordinate with lead point personnel for small projects (such as landscaping, addressing compliance complaints etc.)Operate a water truck as necessary for compost operational needsPerforms other work-related duties as assignedExperience and Competencies:High School Diploma PreferredValid Driver’s LicenseAt least 1 year of work experienceMust work in a team-oriented fashionMust adhere to and follow all company safety policies and proceduresPay Rate:$19-$22 per hourPersonal Characteristics:Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices.
