UCP Heartland offers a positive, team driven, work environment at $21.00/Hour CURRENT AVAILABLE SCHEDULE: WEBSTER GROVES SUNDAY 8AM-4PM 8 Hours Weekly (FF/F) As a DSP (Direct Care Provider) you will perform the following responsibilities: Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities. Follow medical orders and administer medications. Assist with ADLs; lift and transfer (including ceiling lifts, repositioning in wheelchair, etc.). Adaptive transportation. Shift documentation using Set-Works and general housekeeping. Provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to offer entertainment and community outings. Clean driving record and successfully complete and maintain assigned driver training. A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend. Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all agency clients and personnel. Good written and oral communication skills.
