Registered Nurse RN

**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is partnering with a client to hire an experienced **Registered Nurse (RN)** for a temporary assignment in **Weymouth, Massachusetts** . This opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong clinical skills who is comfortable caring for patients recovering from procedures involving IV moderate sedation (IVMS) or MAC anesthesia. Previous PACU/recovery experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is a confident and clinically strong RN with excellent assessment skills and the ability to recognize and respond quickly to changes in a patient's condition. **PACU, post-anesthesia, procedural recovery, or ambulatory surgery experience** will make a candidate particularly competitive for this role. **Position Details** + **Location:** Weymouth, MA 02189 + **Employment Type:** Temporary for a minimum of 3-months (potential for extension or temp-hire) + **Schedule:** Monday-Friday + **Hours:** 7:00 AM-3:00 PM + **Work Schedule:** 5 days per week + **Work Setting:** Outpatient/Procedure Recovery + **Pay Rate:** $ 47.37/hr. **Key Responsibilities** The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to patients recovering from procedures involving **IV moderate sedation (IVMS) or MAC anesthesia** . Responsibilities include: + Monitoring and caring for patients during the post-procedure recovery period. + Assessing patients following procedures and identifying changes in condition. + Monitoring vital signs and patient response to anesthesia/sedation. + Providing appropriate nursing interventions based on patient needs. + Ensuring patients meet appropriate recovery criteria prior to discharge or transfer. + Communicating patient status and concerns to physicians and other members of the healthcare team. + Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. + Providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care. + Working efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. **Required Qualifications** + Active **Registered Nurse (RN) license** . + Current **BLS certification** . + Current **ACLS certification** . + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. + Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + **Previous PACU experience strongly preferred.** + Previous post-anesthesia or procedure recovery experience. + Experience caring for patients recovering from IV moderate sedation or MAC anesthesia. + Outpatient procedural or ambulatory surgery experience. **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **IMPORTANT:** This **RN** role is being recruited for by Adecco's Healthcare & Life Sciences division, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
