Job Summary:Team members are expected to deliver the ultimate guest service experience and create positive impressions by effectively communicating product knowledge and maintaining exceptional guest service standards, ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.Essential Job Functions:GeneralDeliver the ultimate guest service experience and impressionsAble to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all guestsResponsible for product and service standardsFoster an environment of team workMaintain exceptional guest serviceCommunicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations.Follow all company operations policies and proceduresGuest ServiceResponsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experienceExecute guest service standardsRecommend appropriate products to meet guest's needsEnhance guest experience through engagement and samplingOperationsExecute quality store operationsClean equipment, small wares, and merchandise as necessaryMust be able to operate food preparation machineryStocking of all suppliesRespond to directions in an accurate and timely mannerAdhere to all food safety and security guidelines while respecting company propertyMaster each station within storeSuccessfully complete the company trainings providedOther duties as assignedProvide a healthy, consistent productConsistently make and serve all products to specificationsFollows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all productsExecutes proper portion control with all ingredientsMust be able to operate POS and/or cash registerUnderstands all health regulations and guidelinesRequirements:Must be 16 years of age or olderComputer skills including some Microsoft software and register skillsCustomer service experience preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
