Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Current Arizona certification and licensure
• 2-3 years of Advance Practice experience in a primary care setting
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems such as AthenaHealth
