Welder/Fabricator (MIG - Hard Wire) Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Schedule: Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts Friday overtime available Position Summary We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This position requires a skilled individual who can work independently, read blueprints, and fabricate custom weldments without the use of fixtures. Approximately 96% of our work consists of custom fabrication, so strong layout, fit-up, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities Perform hard wire MIG welding on custom fabricated parts Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Fit and assemble parts accurately without the use of fixtures Produce high-quality welds that meet company specifications Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work efficiently while meeting production deadlines Qualifications Previous hard wire MIG welding experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong fabrication and fit-up skills Ability to fabricate and assemble custom parts independently Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
