This hands‑on change agent will lead transformational initiatives that improve HR operations. Qualified candidates will have 5 years of increasingly responsible professional government experience in the administration of a full‑service HR program, including 3 years of administrative and supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree. Depth in labor relations will be considered favorably but not required. Salary range $152,604-$196,704, DOQE + excellent benefits package.
