This role partners closely with the Club Manager to deliver a high-quality member experience while overseeing court programming, instructor coordination, and day-to-day club operations.The Assistant Club Manager owns club programming, including clinics, leagues, open play, tournaments, and special events, while also driving private lesson revenue and new player development. This role serves as a key leader during daily club operations and provides consistent weekend coverage.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily club operations and deliver exceptional member serviceOwn all court programming including clinics, leagues, open play, tournaments, and special eventsManage instructor scheduling, coordination, and program qualityDrive private lesson revenue and new player development enrollmentSupport membership sales, retention, and member follow-up effortsManage court schedules, bookings, and programming through PlaybyPointMonitor program performance and optimize offerings based on participation and feedbackAssist with staff scheduling, training completion, and daily team supportMaintain club cleanliness, organization, and operational readinessOversee ambassador relationships and support community engagement initiativesCommunicate regularly with members, coaches, franchise leadership, and corporate teamsQUALIFICATIONS1–2 years of leadership, operations, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environmentExperience with programming, scheduling, or event coordination preferredComfortable learning and managing operational software systemsProficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of pickleball and player development is a plusSCHEDULE EXPECTATIONSStandard schedule includes Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and WednesdayApproximately 30 hours per week dedicated to desk and operational coverageApproximately 10 hours per week reserved for programming development, scheduling, and curriculum optimizationAvailability for occasional events, tournaments, and operational needs as requiredE04JI802mpqq4097ly8 #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech9
