What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor equipment to keep production running smoothly
- Cleaning industrial equipment and workstations
- Complete quality checks and follow safety protocols
- Communicate issues clearly and work as part of a close-knit team
- Be on time, every time — your role matters here

MUST-HAVE (Non-Negotiables)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume conditions
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical
- High School Diploma or GED
NICE-TO-HAVE (Preferred but not required)
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Positive employee referral or professional reference
- Interest in learning new skills and cross-training over time
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment
