The Senior Manager of Logistics is responsible for overall material management and coordination of the Logistics Department. The role ensures efficient interface between logistics functions and other departments, focusing on quality, cost, and efficiency of goods movement and storage. General Duties: Manage and coordinate Logistics Centre activitiesAlign logistics activities with business strategiesMaintain department budget and KPIsEnsure audit compliance and standards adherenceCollaborate with internal departmentsCoordinate employee trainingManage and develop a team of supervisors and managers, ensuring alignment with departmental and company objectivesRegular travel may be required to support operations, audits, and collaboration worldwideOperational Duties: Supervise and direct employees dailyAllocate resources effectively Support procurement cycle and production scheduleCoordinate goods inbound, outbound, warehouse and transport Manage risks affecting turnaround timeStrategic Duties:Lead process improvement initiativesBuild strong team collaboration Manage work stoppages efficientlyDevelop relationships with global business units Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 6 years experience in logistics management Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressureStrategic and results-oriented mindsetAviation experience preferred
