You’ll Make an Impact By What You Will Do Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications Respect and autonomy in decision‑making Team‑based approach to patient care ACLS / BLS certifications (We will provide this if needed) What You’ll Bring Doctorate (MD / DO) with a Maryland medical license and DEA certification. ABMS Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine or family medicine or, if board eligible, intention to become board certified within 1 year of onboarding.
