Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently to optimize shop productivity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the dealership management system.
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the service department.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using computer systems and software applications.
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
• Must be able to work in Somerville, NJ.
