Primary Therapist

Monte Nido & Affiliates, a distinguished leader in the treatment of eating disorders, seeks a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will be integral to providing high quality, individualized treatment in our therapeutic setting. The role involves developing, coordinating, and implementing treatment plans that cater specifically to the needs of our clients, focusing on innovative clinical and nutritional interventions to facilitate effective recovery. Key Responsibilities Assess client psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with a team of health professionals to provide comprehensive treatment. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in the training and supervision of clinical interns. Maintain up-to-date records of therapy sessions and client progress. Educate families and clients about eating disorders and the recovery process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in various therapeutic approaches and modalities. Ability to handle emotional and challenging situations with sensitivity. Proficiency in treatment planning and case management.
