The Federal Savings Bank is seeking client-focused sales professionals with at least three years of mortgage banking experience to help customers navigate the home lending process with confidence. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to grow their business with the support of a 50-state lending platform, in-house processing, underwriting, and closing, and a wide array of loan programs. Key Responsibilities

• Offer loan solutions to customers while keeping in mind lending guidelines and the requirements of the customer
• Manage and maintain a customer relationship portfolio
• Look for opportunities that will help to retain clients as well as develop new ones
• Manage the efficiency of your customer pipeline
• Establish loan solutions and offer products and services to customers
• Review and ensure documentation is compliant
• Gather customer information for analysis for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
• Co-act with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mortgage transactions are complete
• Responsible for managing self-generated customer referrals and realtor needs

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales
• Active NMLS #
• Two or more new purchase loans per month preferred
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals within all departments of the bank
• Thorough knowledge of current loan originating guidelines/procedures
• Favorable credit and background check

Outside Sales Compensation

This position is 100% commission and those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume. Total volume funded is based on individual production and performance. There is no cap on commissions.
