Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist kitchen staff in general food preparation and adhere to food safety standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Consistency: Ensure that all prep items meet our quality standards and consistency.
- Organization: Keep walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas organized and well-stocked.
- Delivery Assistance: Help in receiving and storing food deliveries efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
